The Golf Swing Control Newsletter - Archive Page
This is a very important message. Please read very carefully as it will help you to transform your game.
While you are studying Golf Swing Control, I would like you to remember one very important point...
The instruction only works when you relate it to the feeling in your feet and hands.
The better you get at feeling the feel feedback from your feet, and feeling the balance of the club in your hands, the faster you will improve.
When in doubt always check the feeling in your feet.
Also, it is just as important to be tuned into where the weight SHOULD NOT be as it is to know where it should be.
Overall, with Golf Swing Control, you should only think about feeling the balance of the club, the power coiling during the backswing, and feeling the weight distribution under the feet, so that you can make a good transition move. The transition will cause the power to release and the club will do what you want it to. Once the power is released, anything you do will only slow it down.
There should be no thoughts about hitting the golf ball. The only thing you do with the golf ball is to use it as point of reference to make sure you coil behind it and stay behind it until impact.
If you move in balance, the club will come back to the ball centered. You just need to trust nature, and the laws of Physics and Balance.
Once you make a proper transition, the rest is history, by the time you can blink, the ball is gone and you are holding your finish.
It is that easy....if you work on focusing on the movement of the body and not the actual hitting of the golf ball!
Please try to keep this foremost in your mind as you read through the manual and work on
your swing. Focus on the feel of your body movement....especially what you feel in your feet, and trust that the rest will happen. It will!

New Golf Fitness Book on the Market
Many of you know Susan from Fitness for Golf, well, she has teamed up with reknown fitness expert, Craig Ballantyne, to bring you a new approach to golf fitness that I think you'll like.
It's called Lean Long and Strong, and for those of you who would rather create their own program, I believe it has what you may be looking for.
Take a moment to look it over by clicking: Lean Long and Strong. I look forward to hearing your feedback.
You can call me if you have a question that email coaching may not be real clear on. The best way to do that is using Skype.
Skype is a broadband phone service that is currently free anywhere in the world computer to computer. If you have broadband, it is a great service. if you sign up, look me up: Tracy Reed in Florida, and let me know so we can chat.
If you don't have broadband, it's ok, I'll still call, just give me a good number and we'll set up a time.
That said, my time is valuable, so you'll still have to schedule a time via email first.
Either way, if you have Golf Swing Control and you would like better results, let me know and we'll arrange a time to talk. My goal is your success.
